What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

  • We offer Free Standard USPS Shipping with all orders.  You may upgrade to Expedited shipping at the rate confirmed according to your delivery address.
  • Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

  • Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

  • Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Cut + Clarity does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How can I track my order?
  • Have an account?

Login and head over to your C+C account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

  • Don't have an account?

Create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

As an immigrant from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Cut + Clarity founder Mariana Russo Chambers lives out passion and tradition in every aspect of her life. Growing up, Mariana observed her parents’ hard work and dedication to improving their lives and the world around them. These values have become a driving force in her life and career and are ingrained in the foundation of Cut + Clarity.


Over the last two decades Mariana has created jewelry collections for world-class brands and retailers. In 2017 as her family grew, so did Mariana’s desire to leave her daughter with a legacy she could be proud of. One that showcased her immigrant roots and the value immigrants create in local economies and throughout the country.


Mariana turned her passion to New York City’s Diamond District - 1 of the 5 largest diamond exchanges in the world and the culturally diverse microcosm, upheld by immigrant craftsmen. With love and dedication, Mariana has made it the purpose of Cut + Clarity to lift up the time-honored practices of craftsmanship, artistry and diversity.
