Refund Policy

We offer quick and easy 30-day returns for all customers.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Worry-Free Custom Pieces

We know you’ll love your custom piece but if for any reason you are not satisfied, your custom piece is eligible for exchange or store credit. All items are eligible for 100% store credit or a refund minus shipping and handling to the original payment method.

If you have used a Buy Now Pay Later payment method, either from Afterpay, Klarna or Shopify Payments, your refund and store credit will reflect this fee.

Please return your order in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we have the right to deny a return and the item will be re-shipped to customers.

Returning a gifted piece?

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days of purchase. Please send us an email at requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
  3. The email address associated with your account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the button on the top right corner of our page.
